Idea Launched New 3 Prepaid Recharge Plans With 1.5GB Data

Today Idea launched three new prepaid recharge tariff plans with 1.5GB daily data benefit. The three plans priced at Rs Rs 209, Rs 479 and Rs 529, these plans comes with same data benefit but the validity of each will be differ. You might saw these prepaid recharge plans earlier in Vodafone tariff plans.

Idea Rs 209, Rs 479 and Rs 529 Plan Details – 

As mentioned above, Idea launched three prepaid rechargeplans priced at Rs Rs 209, Rs 479 and Rs 529. These plans are open market plans and these plans will be valid across all the circles in the country. The Rs 209 plan offers 1.5GB data per day, unlimited voice calls and 100 local / national SMS per day for 28 days. The Rs 479 plan also offers 1.5GB data per day, unlimited voice calls and 100 local / national SMS per day but it is valid for 84 days and the last plan Rs 529 comes with similar benefits with a validity of 90 days.

Idea Cellular is Limiting the Voice Calls to 250 Minutes Per Day, once the daily voice calling minutes finishes customers will be charged at one paise per second. In addition, customers using more than 1000 minutes in any period of consecutive seven days, then the charges of one paise per second will be applicable, and once the daily data limit finishes customers will be charged 4 paise / 10GB. With these new prepaid recharge plans, Vodafone Idea offers 1.5GB daily data plan with varied validity. Especially, Idea Cellular also expected to launch other prepaid plans such as Rs 569, Rs 511, Rs 799 to make the tariff paper of both the telcos similar.

Earlier, Idea cellular had launched Rs 149 tariff plan for its prepaid users in circles such as Andhra Pradesh & Telangana, Kerala, Karnataka and others. With this new plan, Idea Cellular is providing data, voice calling and SMS benefits for a period of 28 days. The plan takes on Jio’s and Airtel‘s Rs 149 prepaid recharge but falls short with the data benefit and even Idea limits the voice calls to 250 minutes per day.

Idea Cellular is offering Rs 149 recharge as an open market one, meaning it is valid for pan-India users across all the regions in the country. The Rs 149 recharge is valid for 28 days offers a total of 33GB 2G/3G/4G data benefit. The plan also gives a user unlimited voice calls, but the telco is limiting the calls to 250 minutes per day and 1000 minutes per week. The operator allows a user to make voice calls to only 100 unique numbers during the validity period of the plan. Furthermore, users can also send 100 text messages every day to any network the country.
