Can't Download Apps From Google Play Store




Google Play Store is the main part of Android smartphone. It enables to install apps. But most of the users facing a lot of problems while using Playstore
Examples of such type of problems are-
1. Playstore not working
2. Playstore crashed
3. Can't download Apps, but still browsing



Here the solutions of every Problems, when playstore doesn't work for you.

1. Clear the google playstore cache:-

Cache stores all the temporarily data, when we use google playstore. This could solve this problem by clearing the cache.
First go to settings > Apps > Google playstore.
Then click on clear cache. After cleared the cache, go back to playstore and see whether it solved your problem, if not then try another method.

2. Clear the google playstore data:-

Just same as the first method, clear the google playstore data instead of cache. It will erease all the information of google playstore you have saved.

3. Clear the data & cache on google play service:-

Google playstore problems always related to google play services. If clearing the cache & data from google playstore won't solve your problem then clear the cache on google play services by going settings > Apps > goggle play services. Clear the cache. If that fails to solve the problem, then come back to google play service and hit manage space, then tap on clear all data.

4. Reset App preferences:-

If you can't download any apps from playstore but sill can browsing. This problem can be solved by reset your app preferences.

First go to settings > apps.
Then click the button on the top right of the screen. Then hit reset app preference . this will solve your download problem.

5. Install the latest version of google play services:-

Firstly, go to google playstore & click on the menu, then go to settings. Tap auto-updates apps and ensure that auto-update apps over wifi only is checked. Then connect to wifi & update.


6. Uninstall updates from google play:-

If nothing will help to solve your problem then uninstall the previous updates & then reinstall it.
First go to settings > Apps > playstore > Tap on uninstall updates.
See if your problem solved, if not then reinstall the updates.

7. Check your date & time settings:-

Google always check your Android phones date & time for the playstore. If your date & time is incorrect, then it could cause some issues.
To fix this issue, you need to go to seting in your Android device. Under system you should see date & time. Tap on this you will see whether your phone is on the automatic date & time providing by your network. If it isn’t on then toggle it on. If the time zone can't find your time then you should set it manually. You first need to turn automatic date & time off.


8. Check your internet connection:-

Sometimes it said network error. To solve this problem try switching to Aeroplane mode to mobile data.


9. Restart your phone:-

Electronic products sometimes needs to restart, inorder to work. Just simply restart your phone & see it solved your problem.
